Lucy and Dan’s wedding in 2018 has recently been featured in the County Wedding Magazine for Kent. Samantha from www.samanthajonesphotography.co.uk was the fab photographer whilst i helped lucy get wedding ready with Makeup and Nails. Lucy has great skin and she looks after it well. Keeping Lucy’s makeup look soft and natural (my personal favourite), I began her bridal skin prep with cleansing and toning. Cleansing and toning the skin prior to makeup application that needs to last all day and night is a must! La roche posay is the brand i generally use and is a great brand for all skin types. Once Lucy’s skin was clean and fresh i then began layering the skin with multiple luminous products. Becca Cosmetics primers are great to use on the high parts of the face and underneath foundations as they allow the natural skin to shine through. We wanted her skin to look soft and dewy. Soft pink lids, rosy cheeks and powder pink nails complimented her relaxed romantic bridal style. For her foundation I used MAC Face and Body. This product gives me a the sheer layer of coverage I needed and the ability to build on this too. Its a great product i feel for many people and is a favourite in my kit.

Lucys dress was from Country Brides of Faversham and her bouquet was a dried vintage bloom of loveliness, i couldn’t keep my eyes off it!

Its an absolute honour to have had a wedding i was apart of be feature so heavily in such a great magazine! I have ordered my copy and i will give it a good read over a cuppa and biscuit!
