Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a mobile business, last-minute changes significantly impact scheduling and travel arrangements. Please read the policy below carefully.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.

No-Shows

If you are not present at the agreed appointment time and location, this will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are charged 100% of the appointment fee, and future bookings may require full payment in advance.

Late Arrivals

If you are late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting later clients.

Full payment will still be required.

If the delay makes it impossible to complete the service safely or within schedule, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

Emergencies

I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If this occurs, please contact me as soon as possible and I will always do my best to be fair and understanding.

Bridal & Group Nail Bookings

For larger bookings or wedding morning nail services, cancellation terms may differ and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
